We are a Spanish-German couple: Anselmo from Barcelona and Maria from Muenster and can offer you holiday-homes (villas and apartments) in Spain with the great advantage that we know the fincas and apartments as well as their owners personally.

We have a large number of friends and relatives who have asked us to rent their properties to German and English guests on their behalf, since they do not speak German or English themselves. We are glad to handle that for them, as we both speak German, Spanish English and French.

Due to our long- time experience in the travel business and our intimate knowledge of the objects and their location we can offer you first-hand reliable information. Having transferred ownership of our TUI travel agency to our son and our daughter, we now have more time for our hobbies: languages, travelling and last not least the Internet. We wish to continue offering you the service we have given our clients for years. The website "mifinca" has been developed in order to describe our fincas and apartments in great detail.........etc.

The procedure for booking a finca or apartment is as follows:
1. You book per e-mail, fax or phone
2. You will receive our rental contract
3. In the meantime we reserve the villa/apartment for 3 days.
4. You return copy of the contract- signed by you - by fax or normal post and transfer the deposit.
5. You will find further details in the contract.
6. We place our services to your disposal for further questions etc.
